Programme details (training day)

Areas covered on the training day will include everything listed below. This will be hands-on training, you will be working with the instructor. Some of the areas covered may be tasks the school administration will be responsible for while others will be those performed by teachers.

Downloading - You will be shown how to download and install the whole software program along with all current update releases. This section will also inlcude loading data - SIMS (.xml, .csv) and Key to Success (.xml, .csv).

Importing data - from xml, csv, mtf files xml files

Otherwise known as ctf files obtained from SIMS through export routine - www.keytosuccess.dfes.gov.uk, username and password needed - phone 01325 392626 if not known.

Other PAT installations, eg Primary sending data to Secondary from spreadsheet using csv files.

Manual inputting - Using tool within PAT direct from papers
